A. Although each Government body handles the permit process differently, a good rule of thumb is that any project over $10,000.00 will require stamped drawings.

Q. Does PHS Construction, Inc. provide Architectural drawings?
A. We provide preliminary line drawings. We are associated with Licensed Architects and Structural Engineers, that can provide completed stamped drawings.

Q. Who handles the permit process?
A. We at PHS Construction handle the complete permit process. We provide each Government body with the necessary bonds and licenses.

Q. Can PHS Construction provide references?
A. PHS Construction can provide references related to any type of project that you are having us bid.

Q. Are the prices guaranteed?
A. Once you sign the proposal within the terms of the proposal, and adhere to the payment schedule, there will be no price increases, unless you add work that is not included in the proposal.
